Congratulations are due to @Borgy and his Gulf Breeze Panhandlers! They ran rough shod over the VI.7 East all season and then, in the playoffs, dismantled the Wahiawa Emeralds in 5 games that were never close.

After an early project of pivoting a youth base for the future, players such as Faker who won Rookie of the year and then was selected in the South Korea National Team helped to jump to the next league.

Defending the bullpen's prestige, Luis Llamas, winning Cy Young with 22 Wins and 3.00 ERA

Edinburg Broncos is continuing its youngsters project which started during 2027 season, which ended in the team being promoted to the next League. After a 2028 where the title battle was close between three teams, Broncos failed to get promoted but the youngsters project continues. This year three youngsters will take main roles in three Line-Up's positions. Christian Herrmann will take the starter role at SS, the Korean Ki Hun Kim will continue its molding to RF holding it as starter, and 2028 marks the magnificent debut of Jun Seo Kim in the 2B. Hot prospect Jun Seo Kim was drafted last year in Round#2 and greatness is expected from him.
